Welcome to M.B.S Experience "Mind, Body, & Soul By Harold C. Smith Today is September 8, 2004. There is a great deal of rain that came down in New York City today. There is a war that's on going and the US Military death toll is over 1000! The death count of the every day none military people is still unknown, but it is well into the thousands. Who will cry for those with no voice. Aids is the weapon of choice for those on wrong paths, drugs or the white horse in the arm. At the end of the day, even if you make a dollar, here come the government or a dam ticket on your car that cost $100.00 in New York City. No wonder people are losing the minds. Well, brother Harold C. Smith sent these powerful words into the Guardian Chronicle which I found to be very helpful for dealing with life: September 8, 2004 Wassup Ralph. Well it's been a long haul, but with the grace of God, this young Brother stands the chance of taking the brown belt test in about 3 months ! I've had to battle with bad ankles and knees ( had 2 knee operations - 1 ligament operation on my right ankle ),so now it,s time to go to another level. How did all this work ? Someone told me What I could not do Where I could not go What I could not be That's when I decided My next hero would be ME
Maybe you could put this in your Guardian Chronicle for the Brothers and Sisters,so that they can get their " props " from this young ( 56 ) Brother, who won't stop until he gets to the top.
Peace On Harold Many thanks to our Brother Harold C. Smith in Germany for his powerful story. I needed to hear this and I hope that our readers will find the story to be helpful for their every day struggles as well! Ralph E Smith
The Guardian Chronicle Martial Arts For Youth and Community My name is Ralph E Smith. Publisher of the Guardian Chronicle. We are very happy to be starting a serious page in 2004 for our readers interested in the Martial Arts. As a street photographer, I also use various forms of training to be fast, strong and ready in the streets to get that fast breaking news photo. Training and more training in your craft is what you need to stay at the top of your game. Martial Arts is also a great way for youth, members of law enforcement. and community organizations to stay in shape, obtain great grades in school, and feel good about yourself. TRADITIONAL SHOTOKAN KARATE Zanshin Dojo Partnership with the Guardian Chronicle: The Guardian Chronicle will be working with Sensei Ronald Cook to bring our readers an outstanding family experience based on martial arts, discipline, self esteem, respect and confidence. Martial Arts for Youth: "While the Martial Arts Classes are fun for the youth, hard work is something they learn along the way. Education is something we urge also. Report cards must be presented and if their grades are low, they must be taken out of the Dojo. Birthday parties are celebrated once a month for all birthdays in those months.
