The NYPD Guardians Held a Protest on the Parker Murder Case March 16, 2002 On Saturday March 16, 02 , at 10am at the Queens Criminal Court Building 125-01 Queens Blvd.  In solidarity with the family of the late Elizabeth Parker , we will protest the apparent decision by Justice Robert Hanopy to accept a plea bargain in this case. Mrs. Parker was murdered August 8, 2000, by  admitted killer Steven Robinson . She was murdered at her workplace by this parolee, who was in a work release program , on state property , the St Albans State Veterans Home.
