On January 18, 2002, at 1 Police Plaza, Fred J. Patrick was officially sworn in as Deputy Commissioner for Community Affairs for the Police Department. Commissioner Patrick has a wealth of city government experience. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Patrick was the head of Juvenile Justice and served as Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning and Programs with the New York City Department of Correction. |
