THE NEXT GRAND COUNCIL MEETING News submitted by CHARLES BILLUPS President of the NYC Grand Council and Nathaniel White Jr, Chaplain for the NYC Correction Guardians Association, Inc   The next meeting will be held on , Feb. 6th 2002  We, the Grand Council will be hosting a meeting with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. It will be held at 5pm at the National Action Network , 1941 Madison Ave near 125th Street.
