Guardian Chronicle  Members of the  NYC  Grand Council of Guardians                        (Photo by Nathaniel  White Jr. -NYC Correction Guardians Association) On July 3, 2003 at 2:00pm members of the Guardians Association,  N.Y.P.D held a Press Conference in front of 2137 Belmont Ave,    Bronx New York.  This is the location where Denise Billups and Ronnie Gibbs were savagely attacked by suspects unknown. In addition to Vice-President Swinton, Charles Billups of The Grand Council of Guardians, Norman Siegel, elected officials and others called on Tremont Residents to come forward with information leading to   the capture and conviction of the person/persons responsible for the  death of Ronnie Gibbs and Denise Billups.
