New York State Police Explorer Troop 73

Hello Mr. Ralph E. Smith,  We met on Sunday, September 21, 2003 when you asked about our Explorers group and took a couple of pictures prior to the parade.  I'm contacting you to ask if  you would be kind enough to send me the photo shots you took of the group?  I'm sure that NYSP Law Enforcement Explorers, Troop 73  members would be very pleased to have the pictures as a memento of their participation in the parade.  The troop was just formed in July and this was their first event/outing (except for a fund raising carwash)!  We were blessed with a beautiful day and thoroughly enjoyed the parade, the crowd and the everyone we met throughout the day.  I was able to look through the very impressive Guardian Chronicle site and admire your work.  Again, it was a pleasure to meet you. Sincerely, Tom Savrine  Parent Advisor
