COBA to host major rally in support of Correction Officers, municipal workers, New York's working families, and the middle class!
On Sunday, April 17, 2011, the Correction Officer's Benevolent Association in conjunction with our brothers and sisters in both the public and private sectors, will host a major rally to stand up against the Bloomberg's Administration's assault on unions, the middle class and all working families throughout New York City.
Come join us as we fight to preserve our collective bargaining rights, pensions, and vital benefits that all of our families depend on!
Tell City Hall we are not your stimulus package! We are not your bailout package! We demand to be treated equally with dignity and respect!

“As we celebrate the contributions of people of color in film, literature, music and television, we will be wearing ribbons to show our support for the workers and families protesting in statehouses across the nation. The NAACP remains committed to helping public employees keep their collective bargaining rights, fair pay and appropriate benefits.”
