An argument about a man's murder led to a fatal shooting at a family picnic in Blue Mountain Lake Estates in Stroud Township on Saturday night, police said.

Jerel Jermaine Johnson, 23, is charged with killing visitor Mingo Lee.

Johnson shot Lee eight times after 7:30 p.m. at 91 E. Shore Court, where Johnson lives with his mother.

Stroud Area Regional Police said Johnson told them the following:
