Jerome Rice states,

“Larry Seabrook has betrayed us. He needs to man up and step down from his City Council seat so that we don’t continue to lose resources and credibility. We are also calling for an expanded investigation into those institutions, organizations and individuals that have conspired to steal our tax dollars. There are more foxes in the chicken coop and they need to be identified and prosecuted” In addtion, the residents are demanding an emergency forum so that Councilman Seabrook can issue a status report to the community.
