COBA President

February 11, 2010 Story by Ralph E Smith: Reporter Guardian Chronicle.Com

A Federal jury today delivered a unanimous verdict dismissing false sexual harassment charges against COBA President Norman Seabrook. The case was 14 years old and the 5 women and 3 men jury completely dimissed all charges.

Norman Seabrook tells the Guardian Chronicle, "I am grateful to the jury for reaching this decision which finally proved my innocence and vindicated me," said COBA President Seabrook. "This case just shows how many innocent public figures are too often falsely accused of wrongful allegations. I'm looking foward to continuing to fight for the men and women who patrol the toughest precincts every single day."
