He rose through the ranks to be become a Chief. He rose through the ranks to be a loyal friend to many! He rose through the ranks to be an example to both new and old staff members: You too can walk this path if you set goals! Chief Hurley is a supporter of many. He is often in the back ground and doesn't like the flash on him that much, but this man is always there for people! Chief Hurley has attended many a funeral.
